Timber Frame Construction

Advantage SW has arrangements in place with two timber frame manufacturers to provide frames for a range of new homes. This arrangement led to Advantage SW winning the 2006 Housing Corporation Gold Award for Innovation in Procurement.

Home Designs

Advantage SW owns the rights to 21 home designs. These are a range of different size and configuration home  types. They have been developed with tenant input and meet or exceed the HCA’s minimum space standards. Other specifiers can use the Advantage SW home designs.

Procurement Club

Advantage SW procurement club is a shared service that enables local housing associations and councils  to work together to achieve better value through the extra power of a ‘larger client’. Advantage SW won the 2009 Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply award for Best Purchasing Initiative by a Smaller Organisation.

Tenant involvement

Everything that we do is guided by the participation of tenants. This ensures that as far as is possible we are able to provide homes that meet and exceed our tenants expectations.
