Resident Consultation

It is very important that we know how residents want to be involved in the procurement process.

The first resident consulation event was held in 2008 and we have held two in 2012, one in St Austell and one close to Exeter.

75% of residents attending the 2012 consultations agreed that their input had been an important factor in the decisions made so far.

For future frameworks residents will have the opportunity (organised by their landlords) to provide an input into the analysis of tenders.

Residents told us that we need to have more product viewings so that more residents can attend to give their views. Therefore rather than having one viewing we will have three, in St Austell, Exeter and Yeovil.

On 9 July 2014 we held a workshop at the request of our Members to look at resident satisfaction questionnaires. Information on this can be found in the pdf download on the right hand side of this page.
